Let me introduce myself...
My name is Julie Dyer. I am married to Andy Dyer and have two amazing sons, Drew and Cason. Faith and Family are all so very important to me. My boys play three sports a year and I am their biggest fan, sometimes I am even their coach! We have four dogs, one for each of the family members. Ruger and Remi the basset hounds and Whiskey and Willow the Yorkies.
I left a 16-year banking career to put my faith and trust in God and his plan for my life. I let him direct my steps and guess what?! He gave me my heart's desire!! For four years I did it all by myself, the real estate, estate sales, organizing homes, staging. I was missing one piece. I didn't want to do it by myself. I asked my sister Jennifer Bohannon to join me. It's been a whirlwind ever since and on hyper drive. She is as driven as I am and we work hard for our clients and customers.
We now are DOUBLE TAKE. We have our own Real Estate Brokerage, Double Take Realty, Inc where I am the broker and Jennifer is an agent. We also operate an estate Sale company, Double Take Estate Sales, LLC. We have recently introduced Double Take Thrift. A thoughtfully curated thrift store offering quality estate items, antiques, vintage finds, and everyday treasures. Each piece has a story—carefully selected from local estates and homes.

My name is Jennifer Bohannon. I am married to Jonathan Bohannon and we have two amazing children Mason and Kenzie. They aren't so little anymore. Mason just got married to Kayleighann Ware. We have lived in Blairsville for over 20 years.
When I am not working for Double Take, I am working at Union General as a Registered Nurse in ICU. I am trained in critical care and trauma. I was a CNA for 10 years before becoming an RN in 2018.
