MEET JULIE DYER - BROKER
Julie Dyer is the Broker of Double Take Realty and a lifelong North Georgia local who knows this area as home - not just a market. After a 16-year career in banking, Julie followed her faith and took a leap into real estate.
What began as a one-woman real estate business has grown into Double Take, alongside her sister Jennifer. Together, they've built a team that can help clients buy or sell a property - and when needed, handle the esate sale, auction, cleanout and preparation of the home for market.
For Julie, real estate is personal. She believes in working hard, answering the phone and being there for her clients from the first conversation through the closing table.
Outside of real estate, Julie’s greatest joys are her faith and family. She is married to Andy and is a proud mom of two boys. A lifelong North Georgia local, this isn’t just where Julie works—it’s home.
MEET JENNIFER BOHANNON -REALTOR®
Jennifer Bohannon is a lifelong North Georgia local with deep roots in the community. As a REALTOR® with Double Take Realty, she brings local knowledge, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to helping her clients through every step of buying or selling a property.
Jennifer also works as a Registered Nurse in critical care and trauma. Her years in nursing have taught her to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to the details and take care of people during stressful situations—qualities she brings with her into every real estate transaction.
Outside of work, Jennifer is married to Jonathan and is a proud mom to Mason, Kenzie, and DIL - Kaleighann. Family and community are a huge part of who she is, and after more than 20 years in Blairsville, North Georgia is truly home.
